I have been eating a lot of greek yogurt, reduced calorie cheese sticks, adding flax seed to my smoothies and I love Skinny Cow Carmel bars and Edys slow churned ice cream as a snack. My body most definitely reacts to...I totally agree! My body most definitely reacts to certain things differently. If I eat the same amount of calories worth of healthy meat/veggies and then processed crap, I am TOTALLY going to see a difference.
